Today (9 March) at 11.30 it was the second time that the McDonalds Craighall drive-through has left out items on my order, despite me paying for them. I ordered a medium quarter pounder with cheese meal with an orange juice, 6 nuggets and a hamburger. I got to the collection window and the bag was waiting for me. I should have been suspicious when a smiling employee had the bag ready for me (they are never that fast). I even asked if everything was there, she said yes. My hamburger was not there. I can't keep driving back to McDonalds every time they forget my burgers. What is the point of a drive-through if I have to drive back or get out of my car and go into the restaurant just to inspect that everything is in my order?
